Returns/Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of the products we offer, we are not able to provide any returns or exchanges on purchases.

However, occasionally, product damage may occur in-transit, or a quality control situation may require a replacement or refund. If you need assistance with a replacement or refund, please follow the steps below within 30 days of your purchase.

 

For refunds on photo orders purchased at Bass Pro or Cabela's retail stores:

Present your order purchase receipt and photo package to the Customer Relations Desk in the Bass Pro or Cabela’s store. You must return the items to a Bass Pro store if you attended a Bass Pro store to have your photo taken. You must return the items to a Cabela’s store if you attended a Bass Pro store to have your photo taken.

 

For refunds on photo orders purchased on the Bass Pro/Cabela's Photo Retrieval website?

Click on Contact Us, and follow the instructions to complete and submit the form.

Refunds will be provided in the same form of purchase (credit card).

Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to be fully processed.
