If your photo was taken in 2018

If you are receiving the error message and you purchased your picture in 2018, please add “2018” before your SecureCode™.

Example:

If the SecureCode™ on the back of your sleeve is 573462875548, the new SecureCode™ for your picture will be 2018573462875548.

This is only applicable to pictures taken in 2018.
