SecureCode™ not working, returning error message

I received an 'Error Message’ that says, "There are no photos available for the SecureCode™ entered"

The photo you are requesting is currently being processed or you have incorrectly entered your SecureCode™ on the home page. Make sure you are correctly typing your 12 digit SecureCode™ (located on the reverse side of the photo sleeve given to you with your photo in the Bass Pro or Cabela’s Store) into the photo retrieval website. 

If you believe it has been greater than 48 hours since your photo was taken, you can click on the Contact Us button and then complete and submit the help form. Please provide the SecureCode™ of your picture and a detailed description so we can make sure we send you the correct photo.
